一、企业参与专业建设

    学校成立了专业教学指导委员会，与海南省人民医院等16家二甲以上医院建立了长期稳定的合作关系，各实习基地建立了实习带教小组，教师定期到实习医院上班参加实践工作。

二、开展“订单”培养

    与广州建国人才教育发展有限公司、海南养天和大药房连锁有限公司开展“订单”培养。

三、学校为企业服务

    作为“李嘉诚基金会捐助海南农村卫生建设扶贫项目理论培训基地”，每年举办各种类型的学习班、培训班，为全省卫生人员进行培训，年均培训人数750人次。
